Complaint procedure


It is obviously very annoying if you have a complaint about our products and or services. We would like to help you and offer a solution. You can make your complaint known to us by sending an e-mail to

Our employees of the complaints department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction. Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, should it take longer, we will inform you of this.If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk where we are affiliated.
