Honors our Patriarch, Dottore Andrea Fasola Bologna and his vision of winemaking. The two vineyards are strategically located on the two best plots within the San Giovanni Vineyard. L'Andrea has a pungent ruby red color enveloped by distinct purple hues. In the nose elegant notes of ripe red fruit, blackberries and black currants. Balsamic notes of licorice and black pepper are a prelude to sensations of fine chocolate. An important body supported by elegant and well-integrated tannins, is enveloped by a long finish that is pure and unmistakable notes of noble Tahitian vanilla. Our traditional and intensely international red Colli Perugini. Named for the San Giovanni vineyard which is the perfect terroir for soils (limestone and chalk rich) and fantastic exposure to sunlight. The Sangiovese rests in stainless steel for 15 months. 15 months while Merlot and Cabernet Franc are caressed by the wood of French oak barrique for 15 months. A further six months in the bottle completes the picture. Reveals a ripe, intense red color. A decisive and elegant personality on the nose that foreshadows an explosion on the red currant palate, where an initial, almost crunchy black cherry, gives way to a beautiful red currant. A nice round and persistent body supports notes of pure vanilla and pleasant sensations of Indian black pepper in grains.

Our premium white wine. The native vines come from the estate's mother vine. Five months on lees and two months in bottle. A light yellow hue leaning towards gold immediately characterizes the color. The elegant olfactory impact of white fruit is followed by tropical sensations that tend to amplify papaya in the beginning and then leave room for a clear note of lychee which harkens to a very fine citrus background.
