You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receiving it

Send an email to info@the-trading-house.com with your reason and a photo of the product.

You will receive a reply from us within 2 working days with the follow-up process.

If the product comes return you have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation.

You will be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the cost of return from your home to the store is for your own account.
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. You have after cancellation another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, please contact us at info@the-trading-house.com and send us the filled-in withdrawal form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return provided that the product has already been received in good order.
